Shipping
Your order will be shipped via UPS. Your items will be shipped cooled with ice packs but only refrigerated. The faster your items arrive the better so Next Day Air would be your best option. We also use UPS Ground for deliveries close by. Please contact me with your zip code and order/orderweight and I will send you the shipping methods that apply to you and the cost.
Yellow - You are lucky because you can get next day shipping with ups ground.
Brown - You can get either ups ground with 2 days in transit, or Next Day Air.
Green - You can get either ups ground with 3 days in transit, or Next Day or 2nd Day Air.
All other areas will require either 3 day Select, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air.
Remember even though ground shipping is the cheapest it is a little risky (unless you are in the yellow area), you also need to make sure that your items get to your house as soon as possible so they won't go bad, Next Day Air is your best option. This was just to give you an idea of how much shipping would cost you or what service your where going to use. Please contact me with your ship code and your order/orderweight and I will give you the shipping price for each method you are able to use.

Did you know that we vacuum seal your order so it will last longer? And your items will come in freezer burn free, special vacuum sealed bags.
Why frozen feeders? Frozen/thawed prey is that it can't fight back. You won't need to put your reptile at risk. You can buy in bulk to save more money and you don't have run back and forth to the pet store.

All rodents are humanely euthanized with CO2 and neither does this effect it's quality nor the animal have to suffer.
There is no minimum order for the amount of rodents you would like to purchase although buying in bulk can save you money because of shipping.
If you combine your order price and shipping and find out the unit price including shipping you will see that the more you buy the cheaper their unit price will be which can save you a lot!
